Ecomec successfully completed the installation of a state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation system for a prestigious residential project in Camden, North London. This high-end property underwent an extensive refurbishment, during which Ecomec was tasked with delivering top-tier climate control solutions to enhance the comfort and efficiency of the living space.

The project involved the installation of a sophisticated 13-unit Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) AC system. This advanced system was strategically designed to serve both the living areas and the bedrooms, ensuring optimal temperature regulation and energy efficiency throughout the property. VRF systems are renowned for their ability to provide individualized comfort control in different zones of a building, making them an ideal choice for high-end residential applications.

In addition to the VRF system, Ecomec installed a dedicated single split AC system specifically for the Comms Room. This specialized installation ensures that the critical equipment in the Comms Room operates within the required temperature range, preventing overheating and ensuring the reliability of the property’s communication and data systems.

To complement the air conditioning installations, Ecomec also integrated two Vent Axia Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) units into the property. These MVHR units are designed to provide continuous mechanical ventilation, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air while recovering heat from the exhaust air to improve energy efficiency. The MVHR units work seamlessly with the associated supply and extract ductwork installed throughout the property, maintaining a healthy indoor environment by removing stale air and pollutants while retaining valuable heat energy.

This comprehensive installation by Ecomec not only enhances the indoor air quality and comfort of the high-end residence but also demonstrates a commitment to energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.
