Air Conditioning and Mechanical Heating Installation

Ecomec successfully delivered an air conditioning, as well as plumbing and heating installation at a High End Residential property in Fulham.

The property is a mid terrace Victorian Townhouse, split over 4 floors, featuring 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/diner.

Installation of a Midea VRF System in Ground, 1st and Second Floors. The system consists of 5 internal air conditioning units (4 ducted, 1 wall mount), connected to an external air source heat pump installed in a basement lightwell.

Installation of Domestic Hot & Cold Water Services in the Basement, Ground, 1st & 2nd Floors.

Installation of Heating Services in the 1st and 2nd Floors, as well as pipework to underfloor heating manifolds.

Installation of Vaillant Ecotec Gas Fired 37kW Boiler, Low Loss Header, pumps and pipework. The flue terminal was positioned vertically, terminating to outside above the flat roof.

Installation of Megaflo Hot Water Cylinder, associated unvented kit and hot water return pump, to maintain instant hot water delivery to all outlets.
